Microsoft Azure API and Data Analytics

I am in need of an expert who can help me with both Data Analytics and API Development using Microsoft Azure. The primary goal of the project is to develop an API that can gather data and provide insights through data analytics. I am specifically interested in using Azure Functions for this project. As an expert, you should have advanced knowledge and experience in using Azure, as well as a strong understanding of data analytics.
