ManageEngine SDP Optimizing Bot Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to create an autonomous bot to integrate with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus to optimize the ticketing process. The bot should perform the following actions automatically: Initial Ticket Validation:
• check if the use only uploaded a picture to read what the picture includes and add it as a note to the ticket.
• check the sentiment of the user to see if they are frustrated or if it’s urgent or if it’s a repertoire ticket and put the result of the sentiment as a note and advise to increase the urgency of the ticket.
2. Enforcing Correct Templates:
• If a ticket is created as a general ticket but should follow a specific template, the bot should automatically convert it to the appropriate template and request any additional required fields.
3. Smart Ticket Assignment & Resolution:
• Check if there is a similar ticket that was resolved before.
• If a match is found, the bot should either:
• Assign the ticket to the technician who previously resolved a similar issue.
• Or, provide the solution directly to the requester if the issue was resolved before.
