Help me configure SSRS on an Azure VM

I am setting up SSRS on an Azure VM at a client of mine. I am unable to view the report when published to the report server but can view the report from SSIS on my laptop. I think the problem is the authentication method I'm using and require someone to assist me in configuring the report server to use the correct authentication methods or to figure out why the report can't connect to the designated data set.

I anticipate that it would take 1 to 2 hours for a candidate skilled in SSIS in an Azure environment.
