Get help to create a private key certificate (pfx) for an Azure app service

I have an app published to Azure app service and the tls certificate associated to it expired, I have had some trouble generating the CSR (not quite sure how to do it in a serverless app) and I ended up discovering that the CSR on my local machine but when I try to generate the pfx based in the private key and the certificate provided by the ca I am having problems.
The idea of this work is to assist me in attaching the pfx correctly in the Azure app service.
For an expert in this process I don't think it takes more than 30 minutes but I am paying about 1 hour of professional services
