Front end dev with azure AD B2C experience for

I need a POC developing for a simple user management app.
It can be any front end framework/library but I need to use Azure Active Directory B2C (AD B2C) for user management. It should support azure AD, social(Google) and local sign-in.
The app would have two types of user. Internal and external. Internal users would use Azure AD for sign in. External would use any type.
Should also have the ability to manage users via the app (add, edit, delete) and also assign categories or group users (eg admin, super user etc)
I think there are SDKs available but someone with experience would know best
