Export user azure data

I need a powershell engineer to export users assigned plans from Azure Active Directory and create a detailed report with step-by-step instructions. The exported data and report should be in Excel/CSV format.

Manual step for one account
1. Get list of users from a csv
2. Get-AzureAduser -objected xxx.xxx | select -expandproperty assignedplans

However I need it to included the userprincipalname—
