I'm seeking a developer to create a Microsoft Apps project management and communication software focused primarily on document sharing, communication tracking, and project record keeping. This is more of a file saving/sharing system, which is why we are not using Microsoft project.

Essential functionality includes:
- Robust document sharing capabilities:
- Real-time editing
- Version control
- Access permissions
- template creation for fast form completion
- Template library
- Documents tied to specific client project(s) for long-term record keeping and liability purposes
-Ai-assisted communication and record keeping
-Automatic voice call/TEAMS meeting transcription (auto-save to project record)
-Automatic project assignments for all txts and emails
-project timeline forecasting
-Simple Drag and drop Gantt chart (connected to the project timeline forecasting) incorporating resources like project manager or designer
-Checklist creation and project checklist templates
-Approval points or phase gates for project error-proofing
-mobile-device friendly (we sometimes upload photos to a project record)

-Experience in developing project management tools
