Create online UI for Azure Document Translation

We will provide you with an Azure account and you will need to hook up the feature so that it can be accessed online.
The Azure document translation service translates batches of documents to one or more languages. These documents can come in a variety of formats, including PDF, Markdown, HTML, any Office format, plain text, and will be translated with format fidelity.
