Build a Translation API using Azure Cognitive Services
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
This is an ongoing project that creates a middle layer between our desktop/web app and Azure APIs. For this project, we need to create a few APIs to send clients audio streams captured from their microphone and system sound/speaker to MS Azure Cognitive services APIs to do Speech-to-Text, Translation, Text-to-Speech and so on.
I need someone with demonstratable experience in Azure Cognitive Services and .Net Core Web APIs.
Also, the following skills are great assets to the project:
- ReactJS for doing some front-end development
- Desktop app development for windows and Linux/macOS
- Mobile app development
