I need to build a Microsoft power app or forms for hr Performance appraisal system that can have the goals with weight and targets.
The flow should be that employee should submit his goals and the manager is to approve or amend, and the employee is to acknowledge.
The manager list can be obtained from azure active directory or can be supplied by employee list.
An uploaded list should be used as the baseline for employee who needs to perform the appraisal.
The app should have employee view, manager approval view, and admin to inquire and oversee.
