Azure Serverless specialist to pair-build iPaaS sandbox

I'm looking for an Azure Serverless specialist with excellent skills in:
- Functions
- Logic Apps
- ServiceBus
- EventGrid
- EventHub
- Storage
- API Management
- CosmosDB
- KeyVault

Unlike other projects in here(I think), you will not be doing the actual implementation. I will. Following your guidance and instructions, we will set up an integration sandbox solution via a shared screen and voice conversation. Most likely I have design, security, or performance questions as we decide on the best approaches. To give you an idea of what we'll be doing together, our first task will be to setup up a simple publish/subscribe pattern, with data being received via a function(HTTP) and then via storage and event grid, published to a logic app and a function to further process the data.

I will eventually use the sandbox iPaaS as a showcase studio in my sales pitches to potential clients. So beyond this initial task, more long-term engagements could follow.
