Azure IOT project get/set data and files from linux devices

I want to build a web platform using microsoft azure to manage data and files from linux devices.
The project should have 3 parts.

Part 1: Software connector installed on linux devices (Raspberry Pi).
- Each device run a mysql database this piece of software should be able to upload registers from the mysql database to azure Iot hub and update registers of the device database remotely.
-The devices contains log files that should be uploaded to azure
- The devices contains media that should be updated and deleted remotely from admin website.

Part 2: Admin website.
Website for managing devices parameters, checking log files and set media files of the device.

Part 3: Power bi view
Web view where check information of each device (data from mysql database of each device) using Power Bi

This solutions should have user administration with roles
