Azure Devops Templates bicep conversion

I am in need of a professional with experience in Azure Devops and specifically in the bicep conversion. My current templates are in ARM format, and I am looking to have them converted to bicep within a day. It is important that certain functionalities of the templates are preserved during this process, so I need someone who can ensure that any changes don't disrupt my current workflow.
