Azure Devops Pipeline Setup (for Kubernetes)

We are developing a software system with a microservices architecture that will be hosted on a Kubernetes cluster. We are developing using .Net core 5/Visual Studio 2019 and each microservice is a docker image based on linux OS. Our company has a tenant on Microsoft Azure and we user Microsoft Azure Devops as our repository and CI/DI system.
We need to setup a pipeline like that shown in the attached document.
