Azure DevOps Support for .NET Core App

I need expert support for the production rollout of my .NET Core application. This includes deployment and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in deploying the application.
- Monitor the application post-deployment for any issues.
- Help in completing the necessary Azure DevOps pipelines.
Current Setup:
- Some pipelines are missing and need to be set up.
- All stages of the pipeline need to be completed: Build, Test, Release.
