We are seeking an experienced and proactive Azure DevOps Engineer to set up and deploy our web application on Microsoft Azure. The application consists of an Angular frontend, Python FastAPI backend, and a PostgreSQL database.
Note: All infrastructure provisioning must be done using Terraform, executed as part of Azure DevOps pipelines — no manual configuration in Azure Portal.
Scope of Work:
Collaborate with our infrastructure team to understand and finalize requirements.
Implement infrastructure provisioning as automated Azure DevOps pipelines.
Existing Azure DevOps guidelines for preparing Terraform scripts via pipeline need to understand and must be followed.
Set up CI/CD pipelines for code deployment (frontend and backend).
Integrate secure secrets management via Azure Key Vault.
Provide clear documentation for infrastructure and deployment steps.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Deep hands-on experience with Terraform on Azure.
Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines (multi-stage, approvals, environments).
Experience deploying Angular and FastAPI apps to Azure Web Apps.
Familiarity with Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server setup and best practices.
Ability to independently manage the setup and coordinate with internal teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
