Azure DevOps, Logic App

We have alerts configured for DB and App Service. I have a Logic App to Create a work item in the DevOps project when an alert is triggered, I need to fetch the affected resource name and subscription id from the output of the trigger body(Which I can see in the additional data of the output) and add them to the work item.
