Azure Deployment Troubleshooting for FastAPI & React

I need an experienced professional to help me with debugging issues I'm encountering while deploying my FastAPI backend and React frontend to Azure. The code is not shareable, but I'm happy to work with you via screen share so we can set up the pipeline for proper deployment together.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in FastAPI MongoDB and React
- Extensive experience with Azure deployments
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot deployment issues
- Ability to work collaboratively via screen share
- Understanding of setting up and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines on Azure.
- Experience with integrating and troubleshooting database connections in Azure, particularly with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Cosmos DB.
- Expertise in cloud network configurations, firewalls, and security groups within Azure.
I haven't received any specific error messages during the deployment process. Everything seems to be set up correctly, but it's just not working. Your help in identifying the issues and getting everything up and running would be greatly appreciated.
