Azure Architecture for a SAAS Project

I am looking for an Azure architecture to draw the cloud flow for a SAAS project.
The goal is to :
- Determine which Azure services will be used
- How shall this azure services be connected to each other
- Define the security, keys storage , DB storage
- Give a raw cost estimation (based on the description i will share later on with the choosen person)
The perfect person for this job should have a prior experience in cloud architecture for SAAS projects.
the outcome of this, should be a workflow that will be used by the backend programmer.
