Azure App Service ,SQL managed Instance backup to on prem

I am looking for a resource to help with setting up an Azure App Service and SQL managed instance backup to an on-premises storage solution. This requires backing up both application and database data. The desired storage solution for the backup is on-premises storage. I am open to suggestions on estimated costs, timeline and project plan.
