I need to get a list of Admins without MFA enabled in o 365

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with the administration of my Office 365 accounts.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Experience in managing Office 365 accounts
- Proficient in setting up and configuring Office 365 accounts
- Knowledge of security roles and groups in Office 365
Project Requirements:
- Set up and configure Office 365 accounts for my organization
- Enable Multi-Factor Authentication for the accounts
- Provide assistance with any issues related to Office 365 account administration
Additional Information:
- I already have Office 365 accounts set up for my organization
- Multi-Factor Authentication is not needed for the accounts
- I do not require help in setting up the necessary groups or security roles
