Active Directory Sync to Cloud Needed

I'm urgently in need of a Microsoft Administrator. My organization uses Microsoft's Active Directory on-premise, and I need assistance to create a sync with the cloud. We currently have our Cloud users already setup and now they are using the on premise AD account for network and M365 account for Microsoft products. We want to be able to create a sync so they can use a single account for all recources.
