update to existing database

Add info fields to the existing data base. Add check boxes for info that is needed. Export info that has been inputted into the data base to a microsoft word form. Fix export to excel button that has a bug. Have some type of red flag reminder pop up a week prior to Purchas Orders expiring. A few other changes and additions as they come up.
