C# simple application

I am in need of a C# programmer who can create a simple application data entry with a user interface.
MS Access Database and insert, update, delete functions and report / print.
Simple application for stock manager basic.. Purchase and Sale ( plus / minis ) qty.
and some items given for repairing and receive that item back.
