need to make a database online on MS Access

We have an excel file of the database which needs to be added to the MS Access database with GUI to make a GUI for search information and change or edit the information of that exact row related to the cell. i would love to see the sample first with any small amount of data so we agree on something and take approval from management. because this is not the final file there is some new updates on the data so will award the project after looking into sample.
