I need help with some code in MS Access (small project)

I have a small project that is stumping me. In an Access database I have a table that contains customer names. The data is in a field called Name. I need to split that data into a First Name and Last Name field. I am not very experienced with programming at all so need this in the form of an update query as I do not understand how to use VBA code/modules etc.
