I need a database designer/developer

We have an Access Db with a SQL backend which we use as a CRM and customer log that we designed ourselves 17 years ago. This is based on our server and is now reaching its end of life. We therefore want to build a new database using latest tech, probably cloud based, to record our actions with customers, and record time or value for each, with simple easy to use activity and value reporting. The current Db records user, time and date of activity, nature of activity, e.g. sales/ admin etc, client name with details of contacts, records of terms sent, notes, time log (this automatic from start of entry) and so on. Values are not currently linked to invoicing or online accountancy software and having auto invoicing would potentially be an advantage.
We are based in Hove, Sussex.
