I need a database designed

I would like to create a database in Microsoft Access and need help understanding relationships and what all Access can do. I am open to just hiring the project out, but would really prefer someone to teach me so I can maintain it. I have a company with about 100 clients and I need to be able to cross reference them with the other professionals on their teams and to enter notes for interactions.
