I need a Microsoft Word Expert -- 2

I have an important word document (Word 2019) that I accidentally overwrote and cannot find anymore. I wrote a new document and accidentally named it the same name and thus replacing the old document, which I need to access urgently. I tried a variety of methods online such as data recovery software but I can't do it. I also never back up my Macbook and thus can't use Time Machine and such. Please help me recover my old document that was overwritten. I have attached the new document that overwrote the old one.
