I need a Microsoft Access developer

My company is in need of a simple database for scheduling, workorder creation, csv file email lists, and tracking work history, vehicle miles, and compost management.

I believe that I have gotten as far as I should go without direction from the coder. Attached is a file of the outline of the database that I'm looking for.
