I need a Microsoft Access Developer/Support Person

I'm looking for an Auckland based Microsoft Access Developer/Support Person to help with our ongoing support/development needs. I'm a 61yr old Microsoft Access/Excel/Word/Outlook user who needs ongoing support to keep our systems working and moving forward. I'm currently experiencing issues with downloading payments in our banking database, the downloads will often skip payments in a date range, which then need to be processed manually. Another thing I'd like to be able to start doing is batch emailing Final Tax Receipts, Newsletters and Reminder Notices, the data files for these are generated by our database and exported to Excel for mail merging into Word, which are then converted individually to PDF's to be attached to an email (all done individually which is very tedious). We've been told that we need to spend $30k+ to migrate our "vintage tech stack" (their words) to a new CRM, so we need another opinion about the necessity for doing this and when it needs to be done. I'm sure that there's plenty more to add but this gives you a feel for what you might be doing
