I need a Microsoft Access Developer

Job ID: 33371109

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD

I would like to create this using Microsoft Access as I have used excel and exceeded the 50mb and started to lag and take too long to load and save.

I would like someone to give me a quote as to creating a Database for a small kitchen making business which includes the following in brief information:

- Login with Password for different employees

- Button that creates a customer ID and Job Number + Information on the customer that I am able to track with something like "current" or "complete" or "cancelled" with due dates.

- Being able to link that Job number with materials to view budget on the job - being able to view how long someone spent working on that job - linking time tracking sheets to that.

- Button that brings up suppliers < In those suppliers they have their own list of Materials and pricing and possibly even linking purchase orders with the job numbers in the jobs.

- Button that create a "time tracking sheet" which needs to include Time Tracking e.g Start and Finish times with Job Numbers and Desctiptions linking these to the jobs

- Button that I can type in what needs to be ordered > purchasing officer will have their own page that brings up materials others have placed that are ready to be ordered (also who has made the order). Being able to put it "on hold" so the putchasing wont see the item that needs ordering untill it's been unticked.

- Button to create a purchase order with those materials. Being able to choose and change what to order.

- In that Job/Customer page - Being able to create different Areas/Levels and within those Levels, different units.

Within those Units - Being able to create a cutting list with sizes and dimensions, materials, each line would have a unique item number and linking the cost of the materials to the job. - working things out in square meters to calculate how much material will be needed for the job.

-Creating quotes - estimates with Materials and Hours on each unit. Eventually creating Invoices for clients once the jobs is completed.

- Maybe a job report data sheet per Unit and then a whole report per Job/Customer. that can tell me what was estimated/quoted and making a comparison as to what actual materials got listed and if we were/currently are under budget or over budget.

- Creating a schedule for Quoting/Drafting/Assembling/Machining/Delivering/Installing linking the jobs and budgets and time frames to schedule jobs accordingly.
