I need a MS Access developer for building a Student Management database

We are an online seminary (FTBM) that just started last semester (50 students). Our Website is www.ftbm.mg/en.
Right now, we are managing our student information on an Excelsheet, which is not viable.
So, we need to move to a more complex system, which would be MS Access.
This Student management database will be accessible to the administrative staff only (no students, no professors).

This student management database will contain the following information:
- Student information (create, search, view, modify, delete)
- Assigning Student to a church
- Assigning Student to a program
- Assigning Student to the classes he/she is enrolled in for the semester
- Student grades information (create, search, view, modify, delete)
- Professor information (create, search, view, modify, delete)
- Payment information for application fees
- Payment information for tuitions
- Reports (List of students, Academic report, invoice, credit note, receipt of payment, etc.)
- Exports

I already started to list some of the tables that we may need. I attached the file. This is just to give a better understanding of what we would like to. I am not expecting that you create exactly the same tables.
