I need a MS Access & SharePoint expert

Hello,
I have a Microsoft Access database (Office 365) that I would like to make available offline to a small number of external uses, with read-only and/or read-write acess. I would like to migrate it to Microsoft SharePoint but struggle to do it.
I need the help of an expert in both Microsoft Access and SharePoint to help me migrate the database and set it up properly on SharePoint.
This will also require some development work on the Access Database to set it up with user authentication and roles / access rights.
If transfer is sucessfull, the scope of the assignment could expand and include help in further developing the Access database, and make it look more like an user friendly app.
