excel check 1

2 columns on Excel spreadsheet. both have about same number of references in each column, about 15,100 references, most of the references should be the same in each column there might just be 50-100 that do not match, i needed to check which references are in column a but not in column b, and then which references are in column b but not in column a, i was wondering if it could be done reasonably quickly if it was imported into an access database - if anyone had access knowledge
