eBlast upgrade

I use a custom email sending program written MS Access (accdb)
It works well and there is no need to modify the program as is.
However, I need more detailed reports such as;
1> be capable of tracking recipient data as being received, time/date stamping, opened, returned, spam/virus intercept notifications and just about anything related to emailing.
2> Reports be made available based on date/time stamping with numbers of emails sent and message content
3> Additional reports will also display recipient receive activity and, after a send session, auto report of confirmation.

The eBlast program gets its data from a single table which brought into eBlast. eBlast has emailing protocols built in and takes care of sending out the table data.
The reports required will be generated after each send session and historically archived to be retrieved by using a drop-down control that specifies the subject creation and start date and end date for the report.
