Access database that can track training surveys and their results and can provide aggregate data results for each class in a report form when selected
Question types are:
Yes No
rating 1-5
circle selections
free form text
The training surveys need to be able to be added with classes and subclasses and the date of training
The reports need to be able to show aggregate data for a single sub lass or for a group of the same subclasses since the questions would be the same.
The report would show the questions and the number of yes and Nos
The report would show the number of each selected circled item
The report would show the aggregate average number for questions with a numerical rating
The Report could show all questions with text responses ... if selected or this could be left out of the report
I need to be able to add surveys for trainings and set the class and subclasses and the date of the training
I do not want to pay more than $100.00 for the completed access data base with the canned report
