database design -- 2

We have a retail spare parts business operating in country Australia with 8 employees. A few years ago I designed a database (in Access)to handle our customer orders. The sales staff take orders from the phone or counter and input into Access. From there the data is converted to manually written orders to be sent to our suppliers. When the order arrives another clerk interrogates the information and allocates the parts to the customers. I am looking for software that will basically perform the same role as our current system and additionally allow us to create supplier orders from the customer order data. One customer could place an order which has to come from multiple suppliers. We have no need for any stock control, invoicing or cost control for any items. We require an easy toggle or buttons to show closed and open orders. Need to be able to easily add additional suppliers, customers and part numbers on the fly. Quite a few more requirements, but that is the basis of what we would like. I have attached a couple of screenshots of our current system which works quite well but is a little limited. Not bothered about software base used. I look forward to responses. Craig Scott
