create application on MS Access for student result and certificates.

I need to built an application to enter student details for example NAME, REGISTERD NUMBER, WHICH UNIT AND GRADE HE ASSIGNED TO EXAM AND RESULT, base on that i need option to generate the certificate once we enter that HE PASS the exam & and certificate to be saved as PDF ADN sent automatically to his assigned superior for tracking the progress.
