api from access database to online application

I'm looking for a developer to connect to an API integration from an on premise access database our end, to an online application. The primary purpose of the integration is to push data from multiple instances (ie multiple customers) of on premise access databases. I do have specific data fields that need to be accessed, and the total data size is no more than 1 GB. The successful applicant should have experience in developing similar APIs based on access databases.
