Ms access with online database

Hello all,

I need ms access with online database,

the ms access form will have search bar.

i have table with ( name , employee_ID, Status )

the search will be using employee_ID and the result will appear below the search bar .

i should have a function to add flag to the employee i find using search.

i should use the same database in 4 different locations all connected through internet .

i need it asap

please give me your budget and timeline and tools used .
