ms access database for site issue managment

I am looking for an Access developer to create a new database for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and implementing data entry forms and tables.
Key requirements:
- Design and create data entry forms and tables
- Develop reports and analytics for data analysis using Power BI or Excel

Overview of Projects.
Complaint tracking for various projects (Projects consist of multiple platforms)
e.g Project A having platform A1, A2 , A3 ; Project B having platform B1, B2
report should focus on Platform open and closed complaints based on priority, Timeline for closure, etc
Graphical presentation of open and closed projects in Power BI or Excel


The database should operate independently without the need for integration with any other systems or software.

There will be 1-3 users who will be interacting with the database.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in MS Access database development
- Experience in designing and implementing issue-tracking systems
- Strong understanding of user management and access control in databases
- Ability to create custom reports in MS Access
