Web Enable Access Database

I have an Entertainment Tracking System (ETS) MS Access database that a few employees use to write contracts based on lots of keyed information about various artists and performers who do shows in our theater. The database was originally in an old version of Access from the 90's, and it has migrated to the succeeding versions of Access up to the current version. There are some things that aren't working right. I need the issues that aren't working correctly to be corrected and ideally I would like the database to be rewritten in a format that can be accessed via a web browser rather than in Access. I'm open to suggestions.
