Web-Based Membership Management for NGO

I am in search of a skilled developer to help us transition our current membership management app from a local MS Access system to a full-fledged web-based solution.
This app is used to manage a membership base of more than 500, belonging to our NGO. It plays a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, and as such, we require a smooth and effective transition.
Key Features Required:
- Member Registration: Setting up a new member should be quick and efficient.
- Monthly Contribution Tracking: As a membership-based organization, keeping tabs on regular contributions is vital.
- Manage Activities to Members: We regularly conduct activities for our members, and need an effective way to manage these.
- Reports: Generation of detailed reports is critical.
- Membership payments: Ability to handle membership payments.
The ideal freelancer for this job would be someone with a strong background in web development. Experience in converting local apps into web-based systems is a tremendous plus. Proficiency in SQL, HTML, JavaScript and knowledge in online payment systems is necessary. Previous experience with NGOs or membership-related systems would give you a great headstart.
