Weather Database Development

I'm looking for someone to create a weather database which will store a variety of information. This will be a useful resource for a wide range of users.
Key Requirements:
- I would like the database to store data on temperature, humidity, precipitation (rain/snow), wind, and air frost. This should be done on a daily basis.
- The database should be capable of storing data over differing periods, from hourly to monthly to yearly. This will allow us to track and analyze longer term trends.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong database development skills, with prior experience creating databases from scratch.
- Familiarity with weather data and the ability to streamline data input.
- Adept at designing interfaces that make complex data easily accessible and interpretable for users.
