Warehouse and Quality Control - Access Database
I am looking for a freelancer to develop an Access database for our warehouse and quality control processes. The database should have the following specific features:
- Inventory tracking: The database should be able to track the inventory levels incl. sub-supplier services and provide real-time updates on stock availability.
- Quality control tracking: The database should allow us to track the quality control results incl. quarantine inventory.
We currently have an old system in place, but we want to completely replace it with the new Access database. Therefore, integration with the existing system is not required.
Attaching a general description of this Access Database functionalities. A detailed functional specification will be provided in the development process.
The expected number of users for the database is 1-5.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access database development
- Knowledge of inventory management and quality control processes
- Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and reports for data analysis
- Understanding of data security and backup procedures for database management
