Using Microsoft office tools, build some workflows and app
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are a small company selling products to retail in Thailand. There are repetitive tasks requiring field sales providing documents for processing and approval to back office team, i.e. customer creation, travel reimbursement, payment receipts etc.
We want to replace the related paper forms with online tools by using ONLY microsoft office 365 tools and for purpose of upgrades avoid any hard programming, meaning we want use standard of the tools.
A simple forkflow required:
1. Sales rep fills a form
2. Filled form gets sent to related party who reviews it, adds information
3. Form related information stored in (i.e.) access
4. Approval
5. Feedback to sales rep by automated email with specific added information
6. [ possibly put it all to PowerApp and use PowerAutomate ]
