Urgent Help Needed for Access/Excel Database
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want someone who can create a database in Excel/Access for Invoices Log (tracking for already processed invoices) with the following features.
1- A list of all invoices (Master List) with the field names I will provide.
2- A list of all Contracts with the field names I will provide.
3- A list of all Purchase Orders.
4- A list of Approvers who is approving the invoices.
5- A list of Accounts.
5- All of these list should be linked with each other.
The database should have a main page, with link to the above mentioned list pages plus Add Invoice, Search Invoice, Search Approver, Search Contract, Search PO, Search Account and Reports pages.
For Add New Invoice page, I should be able to add an invoice details in it, and if it's related to a contract or purchase order, I should be able to add the Contract/PO ID and the invoice should be shown in master list and also in the Contract/PO list under it's elated contract or PO. To make it clear, when I go to the contracts/PO list and when I open a specific Contract/PO I should also be able to see all of the invoices related to that Contract/PO.
As I mentioned, there should be an Approvers list, and when I am entering an invoice into database, I need a field to select the name of the person who approved the invoice. And when I go to the Approvers list, and click on a person name, all of the approved invoices by that person should be shown under their name/page.
Same with Accounts List page, when I open a specific account, I want to see all of the invoices and summary (total spend, monthly and yearly), related to that account
Of course, the should be a report page, yearly and monthly. I need to know for a specific contract how many invoices processed during that month/year. And same for approvers list.
For those invoices that is not a contract/po, I just need a report monthly and yearly.
