Upgrade Current VBA Project

I have a project developed in VBA and is fully functional. The project gets input from user save data into data base.
Users can edit,view,delete, update data.

There is a form where data from db is displayed in list box.

I want to add a feature where I have an option to filter the data on the basis of several values.
