Synching of MS Access Database and one Report Folder between two computer

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with synching my MS Access Database and one Report Folder between two computers.
Synchronization Method:
- I prefer automated synchronization to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the process.
Timing of Synchronization:
- I have no specific preference and I am open to suggestions. Whether it is real-time synchronization or scheduled synchronization, I am open to exploring the most suitable option.
Size of the Database and Report Folder:
- The size of the database and report folder is less than 1GB.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in MS Access and experience in database synchronization.
- Knowledge of synchronization methods and tools.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate synchronization.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any synchronization issues that may arise.

If any records are inserted/deleted/updated then the MSAccess Database need to synch with partner computer. There is one Folder which consist of PDF reports and that also need to synch with partner computer. I would prefere to synch with real time without loading to system
